Find the perfect dog walk on your journey - Driving with Dogs

Edited: 27th March 2020

Lairg dog walk in the Pawprints of the Picts, Scotland

Plenty to occupy dogs and walkers here, with an archaeology trail that heads for 2000 year old Pictish hut circles. Wow! Lovely loch too. You'll need proper walking boots for this one.

The Ferrycroft visitor centre (01862 893767)  is open from May to early October - and has lovely loos - and fun educational stuff for kids. It's worth phoning ahead to check that it's open.
