Part of a larger historic park, this quieter section can be reached either by footbridge or there's limited on-street parking in the residential streets nearby.

Nice for milling about
A nice walk around the lake or extend the walk along local public footpaths or you could also visit Bestwood Country Park which is close by. Nice wide areas to keep your distance if you have a nervous dog as it can get busy due to so many houses being built close by. Parking isn't available on site but there are plenty of residential areas which provide enough spaces for those that need them. Overall a nice walk but it may not be long enough for larger/ more energetic dogs
