From the car park, walk back towards the road and then take the signed footpath on the left. This runs over crop fields and is easy to find your way. It's perfect for a quality doggie leg-stretch. Just turn round at the outskirts of Shotteswell village to retrace your steps. This is about 40 minutes/1.8 miles  In wet weather this is definitely one for boots/wellies as the red earth is unbelievably sticky.
