A large country park just outside Derby City, with over 200 acres of open space and a lake. The Hall that these grounds once surrounded is long gone, but the feeling of gentle parkland remains. It's a useful stopping point if you're travelling on the A52 or the A38.
Disabled Drivers - There are a number of allocated spaces for Disabled badge holders on both car parks, the ones on the main car park are near to the Pitch and Putt hut. Disabled parking is free even if you choose not to use a dedicated bay, as long as the permit is on display. Car Parking charges apply.

The grounds are large, and open so there are plenty of opportunities for rambling. Note that the lake is popular for fishing, and there are lots of geese and ducks there.
