Find the perfect dog walk on your journey - Driving with Dogs

Penistone Hill dog walk, Haworth, West Yorkshire

Premium

Description

Visitors flock to Haworth for the Railway Children steam train, and the parsonage where the Bronte sisters lived. There's nothing for dogs to do at either of these attractions, but just up the hill from the Bronte museum is a vast expanse of moorland where dogs can run happily off-lead. On the raw, cold day we were here it wasn't hard to imagine Heathcliffe stomping over the moor with his grumpy hounds.
