Walk
The beach here isn't huge, but it is a pleasant place and there's always the Pembrokeshire Coast Path if you want something more rigorous.
In the Spring, you'll be able to see millions of elvers making their way downstream at the start of their migration to the Sargasso Sea. Puts a gentle dog walk into perspective.
