This is a wonderful park set in the foothills of the Lincolnshire Wolds. It is set out in two valleys with streams running through and with plenty of grassland and woods to keep dogs happy.
WC+disabled, picnic tables P&D car park
This is a gorgeous place to walk around and dogs are welcome to romp around the country park, but are requested to stay away from the nature reserve. Paths are in good condition, but it is very hilly here and things can get sticky in wet weather. There are two signed paths: the Water Holt trail is 2 miles long and has orange signs, and the Snipe Dales Round (red markers) is 4 miles long but does go through the nature reserve. There are excellent information boards in the car park.
There is an easy access trail from the car park to the ponds and bird hide, but some assistance may be needed. Disabled visitors can arrange parking by the lakes with the wardens in advance (01507 588401).
