A 12th century thatched dog-friendly inn, with a lovely atmosphere and good food. Watch your head on the beams if you're a bit tall.

OH and I called in here on the off-chance for a meal following an afternoon at Thornham Walks.Welcoming staff found us and Kodi a quiet table immediately, no problem. Lovely meals with friendly efficient service. And Aspalls cider on draught! Pity we live over 200 miles away.
