Find the perfect dog walk on your journey - Driving with Dogs

Edited: 30th November 2018

Traeth Llyfn dog-friendly beach, Wales

Description

Remote but impressive sandy beach where dogs are allowed all year round.

Details

Beach lies on the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path.

Walk

This is one of the more challenging beaches to reach, and after taking the walk there your dog may just want to rest before the walk back.

The options are to park at Abereiddy Beach and follow the Pembrokeshire Coast Path with the sea on your left, past the Blue Lagoon and up to Traeth Llyfn.

Alternatively, you could park in Porthgain (SA62 5BN) and follow the Coast Path with the sea on your right. Either way, it's a good walk.
