This is a lovely place for a dog walk and driving break from the M20 Jct 2, or the M26 Jct 2. There's plenty to keep the kids busy, or for just a peaceful potter with the pooch.
Pay & Display car parks by the entrance, and adjacent to the tea rooms. WC+disabled, refreshments, maps and information board, dog warden on duty. Free dog poo bag dispenser.
There is a choice of three walks within the park of varying lengths and terrain. These are waymarked and colour coded.
The red walk is flat, and takes approximately 60 mins. The blue walk is hilly and steep in places. The yellow walk offers easy access. We opted for the red walk, and were treated to panoramic views of the countryside below and stunning banks awash with bluebells.
Trosley Park was formerly part of the Trosley Towers Estate, and is 160 acres of woodland and chalk downland. According to the park website, there are rare plants and animals here such as the musk orchid and the chalkhill blue butterfly.

nice level walk, 2.5 miles, shorter walks available, costs to park but can park on local roads for free. Cafe and toilets, we had a lovely time there today. Great view over Kent and south downs
