Wells next the Sea dog-friendly beach, Norfolk
Description
The walk starts at a cafe where dogs are more than welcome. There are plenty of water bowls and the tables have rings so that you can safely attach your dogs leads. You then walk through a wood until you come out on the beach.

Extra info from Barbara Pritchard (+ Dharma & Tenzing)
There is a 'Dogs not allowed on the beach' sign on the walkway next to the Cafe but this refers only to the portion of the beach to the right side (in front of Lifeboat and Beach Huts). There's miles of beach and pinewoods to explore to the left. Some areas may be roped off if terns are nesting or if seal pups are ashore, but otherwise it's doggie-heaven. Most dog-people use the steps at the far end of the car-park, next to van selling gorgeous local Ice-cream! You can also join the Peddars Way Coastal footpath here. And there are toilets at the entrance to the car park.
Walk
When the tide is out, there is plenty of sand, pools and dunes for you and your dog to explore.

Dogs not allowed to use the main beach entrance close to the cafe but you can get on the beach from the wooden steps/walkway further along the car park. Head left once on the beach and you can eventually pick up a path through the woods that takes you back to the car park making it a half beach half shaded walk. Toilets available near the cafe.

Wells is amazing
This is the perfect place to visit with a dog, at the carpark there is a sign which shows no dogs allowed, this only applies if you go to the right, the left side towards the beach huts is dog friendly.
If you walk to the end of the car park, there is a lovely woodland area which leads to the beach, this is a beautiful walk and lots of woodland area for your furry friend to run around in, we loved it soo much that we took Hank for our engagement photo shoot.
