The old railway line, now part of the Harland way.
The walk is mostly in tree lined railway cuttings and is ideal for a sheltered walk in bad weather or for a shaded walk in summer
Thanks to Archie Lakeland for this walk.
Toilets and food are available in the town. Free parking is available at all town car parks but for direct access to the walk use the Linton road car park.
Head out of the carpark under the road bridge, follow the old railway line as far as you like but for a short walk take the left branch, then turn right at the junction and right again at the next junction (staying on the railway line) to come back to the carpark again. There is a large playing field used for off lead play in the centre of the triangle, follow any of the paths into the triangle to find it.
