A beautiful parkland on the outskirts of Norwich, and a popular destination for local dog owners. There's plenty of walking to be done, whether you prefer the waterside or hilly walks in woodlands.
WC+disabled, café, picnic area, visitor centre and gift shop
There's lots of choice for dog walkers here. The circular walk around the main lake (Great Broad) is 3 miles long and is accessible to everybody. And there's plenty to see in addition to the water, birds and watersport enthusiasts. Pieces of modern art are dotted around, and there's the remains of a medieval manor house as well.
For those preferring a rather more strenuous walk, the woodlands are outstanding (and the paths are rather steep in places).
