Excellent parking, toilets and cafe at entrance, couple of well marked routes but free map on information board in car park means you can go off piste and explore the forests many tracks. Our dogs loved it.

Not so great
In recent times, for some locals this is a place to avoid. There have been reports of dogs falling ill after drinking water from water courses in the woods. There are also so many dogs that are not on leads with owners who are inconsiderate to other dog owners and their dogs.
