Description
A lovely woodland walk near a tranquil reservoir is ideal for dogs and drivers. You'll find a pretty picnic spot here overlooking the water, as well as a bird hide for nature enthusiasts and signed walks. For dog walkers this is a far better place than the over-priced cycling centre at the nearby Gisburn Forest Hub.

Walk
The circular walk around the reservoir is 6.5 miles, including a final stretch on School Lane. So we started on that and went off piste for a very pretty amble in the woodland. The picnic area is on left as you head towards the bird hide.
