Leamington Spa dog-friendly pub, Warwickshire
The pub is set in a former manor house, with loads of seating inside and out. Dog-friendly, child-friendly, and surrounded by a park and lots of sporting activities - so this is a popular buzzy place.

Surprisingly rural pub on the edge of the Black Country. It does have a locals' feel, but less so in the summer when it's warm enough to sit outside.
Joyful open space where dogs can just go nuts.
An unusually spacious Aire with a grassy area that's about the size of a football pitch. It's too close to the traffic to be an off-lead walkies, but is definitely a boon to desperate dogs.
Sometimes we stumble on the entirely unexpected - such as this former 12th century monastery with gardens, wine tasting and an entertaining self-guide tour of the buildings with the help of a monk...
Delightful countryside dog walk near the Environmental Centre.
Dog-friendly pub, with a warm atmosphere and excellent food. There are some really good walks nearby, or just chill on the village green opposite.
A forest walk with easy paths and a fine view on a clear day. We walked up in a mist of never-ending drizzle but local dogwalkers assured us it is usually a clear and lovely walk.
Riverside country inn with access to the river and also a short circular dog walk.
A fantastically remote and wild space for wildlife, and dog walkers. Definitely worth bringing binoculars and an app to identify the plants and insect life here.
Rather an interesting piece of canal design, as this is the junction of the Shropshire Union and Newport canals. There's a thriving tea shop and chandlery where dogs are welcome.
A lovely dog walk along a leisure path made from an old railway. It seems to be popular with cycling families and at weekends the atmosphere is warm and festive.
