Country park, dog-friendly pub and adventure playground, Bedfordshire
Large country park surrounding a lake. It's a lovely place to take a wander with the woofer. And you can also take in a dog-friendly pub on the walk.

Just outside Ashbourne you'll find the start of the Tissington Trail for stile-free walkies, and smaller dogs can even enjoy a ride in one of the bespoke dog-carts that fit on behind a bike.

A pub with real maritime heritage and enjoying wonderful views across the sea.
Popular spot to bask by the river and relax. A great stop for families, with a marvellous play area and ice-cream shop. It's a good place to spot kingfishers and otters.
