England's shortest, widest and deepest canal! Well behaved dogs can be let off-lead on the tarmac tow path.
Golders Hill Park is a kind of add-on its better known Hampstead Heath. It was created into a park after WW2 on the site of a large house and garden that had previously occupied the space.
A park that's also near the canal, so if your dog needs a longer run there's a lot more walking on the towpath.
Quiet woodland that's ideal for a dog walk. Can be muddy in wet weather, making it dogs' delight!

Busy Forestry recreation space, and great for a family outing. This is a long-stay visit, not a doggie-stop on your journey because the entry charge is over £10. The Pinetum is fantastic.
Hill top and seaside walk with stunning views across the Bristol Channel to Wales and around Weston Bay. Dog friendly Grannys Tea Gardens is on route
