Hotel on the river. Dogs are welcome in the bar and may sit with you at the outside tables. We couldn't find a walk here, the always pleasant river path is on the other side of the river.
Nature reserve with a large car park and easy access to footpaths. Excellent place to stop for a walk with the dog and an al fresco picnic. Perfect for enjoying birdsong and wild flowers.
