15th century inn on Dartmoor, friendly, great food and dogs are allowed in bar and restaurant. Garden and lovely walks nearby.
Lovely little newly refurbished bar/restaurant/hotel. Very dog-friendly place where you and your four legged friends are welcomed warmly by staff and owners.
Friendly, canal side pub. Excellent food, all beef is sourced from local farm. You'll go a long way to find better burgers.

A perfect amble around historical landmarks. Hurlers three stone circles are set in a wide expanse of open moor. Together with Stowes Hill and Long Tom, this makes a decent dog walk on the flat.
