Beach accessed down steep pathway from parking on Wear Bay Road near Folkestone harbour. Its sandy at low tide and can be walked at high tide using the concrete walkway below the cliffs.
Miles of pawfect sandy beach and ideal for a doggie play day. Some small nooks in the dunes for sitting out of the breeze.
Safe and attractive country park for a dog walk. It's also right in the middle of a number of main roads, and a useful doggiestop for desperate pooches. Not so great for people!

Westwood Country Park is still something of a secret to all except dog-walkers, locals and anglers. The dog will be delighted! There are no facilities here, just a dog walk.
Dogs' delight in winter, less so in summer! Walking through ancient broadleaf trees on clear paths, really easy to follow and with scents that dogs just adore.
In Reading we have a superb (big) park - it is dog friendly.

Close to the M20 Jct 4, the dog walking paths in this country park are easy to walk. There's one marked footpath which goes through copses of trees with a wide grassy area. Nice.
Restaurant/Country pub with masses of parking, expensive menu but accepts dogs into the bar area and gardens. Fresh water for the doggies on request.
