Away from the more popular beach walks, this is a fine spot for a dog walk with a handy National Trust snack kiosk and information point, as well as a dog-friendly hotel with wonderful afternoon teas. Update - the hotel is changing hands in April 2024 so please call ahead if you plan to book a dog-friendly room there.
