Roker beach is a beautiful beach! It's a great walk out rain or shine! My ESS loves the beach, she loves running on the sand and jumping through the sea! Great fun for all of the family too.
The route circumnavigates the lake with lovely views across and along it, and sailing dinghys making a beautiful tranquil picture.
Off A38 at Branston 1 miles south of Burton upon Trent. Approx 2 miles flat tarmac surface around a lovely lake full of different types of wild fowl.

Large sandy beach at low tide, ideal for blowing away the canine cobwebs during the winter months. In summer there's a partial dog ban covering part of the beach and the promenade as well.
