Dogs welcome all year round.
Pub, restaurant & hotel. Dogs very welcome and a good real pint and food. Last visited July 2015, and by the DwD team in 2021, still as dog friendly as ever and another nice lunch.
Croome Park (National Trust) is a great place to walk the dog - with fantastic views over the recently restored Croome Court, and some very elegant landscaping in the grounds.
A really enjoyable riverside dog walk in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park.
Friendly, family run public house, welcomes dogs, owners have 2 dogs. Great food, and friendly locals and fantastic views from beer garden
A perfect amble around historical landmarks. Hurlers three stone circles are set in a wide expanse of open moor. Together with Stowes Hill and Long Tom, this makes a decent dog walk on the flat.
Hylands Park has lots of good dog walks. You can do several different circuits, including around the Serpentine Lake & through the woods. There are two dog friendly cafés and both have free parking.
Very popular walkers' lake (and fishermen too), so avoid at weekends in the summer and enjoy on weekdays out of season. On a good day, the atmos is unbeatable.
Walk along canal towpath for 5km return by same route
Interesting dog walk on the Forth and Clyde canal.
A CAMRA pub with real ales, hand pumps and a lovely old-fashioned pubby atmosphere. A local treasure, dog-friendly and well worth a visit
