This was a surprise - we were expecting a pretty lagoon of scenic delight. But the lagoon had almost no water in it, apparently for 'safety concerns'.

The building here is almost ridiculously old, they've been pulling pints for over 600 years or so. Dogs are welcome and it's worth a visit to admire the woodwork alone!
There aren't many places to stop for a break on the A47 between Kings Lynn and Swaffham so this popular dog-friendly pub is very handy.
A fine pub dating back to the late 1400s. It's just off the main road and dogs are given a huge amount of fuss by the friendly staff and locals.
