A mysterious almost-island steeped in history, and a must-see on the Northumbrian coast.
A big rustic pub with a sea view and easy access to a great dog walk. This is a fab pitstop on the A12, or just for time-out if you're in the area.
Sandy beach with no dog restrictions. You'll see hang-gliders and surfers in action, and there are several campsites overlooking the beach if you feel like staying.
