A dog-friendly pub in the centre of a small Georgian market town, and a couple of doors away from a vet clinic. There's a fabulous country park walk nearby for long walkies.
An easy-going dog walk on a track between fields, with no livestock to worry about is perfect for a quick dog walk on your journey.
This fine old building has been an inn for over 300 years and the flagstones must have some stories to tell.
A lively dog walk onto one of the local treasures and a couple of dog-friendly pubs for after-walkies.
This is a really old 14th century pub that oozes Thames-side history. The food is lovely and dogs get a good welcome in the bar.
Bakery, Deli & Cafe. Lovely cakes and fresh bread. Dogs welcome inside and there's benches outside too. Take away also available. Pretty village with plenty of countryside walks from the village.
Really close to the A4 and a pleasant spot for a dog walk and dog-friendly refreshments.
A roadside inn that is dog-friendly and easy to find. Parking is either just before the building, or opposite depending on your direction of travel. Either way take care on this busy road.
Once known to the locals as "The Old Orchard House" this country pub is just a short drive from Ascot Racecourse, Legoland and Bracknell.
This part of Staffordshire is surprisingly hard to find reliable food and comfortable surroundings.
Great community cafe with deli./shop. We stopped here en route to West Sussex from Dorset, so more or less halfway on journey. Not far from main road so very easy & convenient stop-off.
