A good place to be!

Really good on lead walk (to protect the local wildlife)on the ‘river walk’.

Off lead walks are when the walk continues into the fields. Three cafes nearby (Lynwood’s, 7a, coffee post).walking boots in summer,waders in winter!!! Follow the river through the fields to lake 104,take a left after the wooden bridge to loop back to the high street .

Around an hours walk.enjoy the view!!!!

Friday 13th stop

We stopped at Stapleford to walk our Hungarian Vizsla Hugo. We had a beautiful walk in the woods, safe and loads of sniffs for our dog. It was a really hot day, the break was so very welcome. Just off the A1, 5 minutes to the woods.

When we continued on our journey we had lots of delays and were so thankful we had stopped at Stapleford Woods.
