Thurlestone dog-friendly beach, Devon Thurlestone Beach is owned by the National Trust (along with South Milton beach) and it's a recognised Area of Outstanding Beauty. Dogs are allowed on the beach all year round.

Glebe Nature Reserve on-lead dog walk, Scotland Near junction of A9 and A86 Stumbled across this little gem by accident while looking for somewhere else. Dogs need to be kept on lead around this lovely little nature reserve based around two ponds.
Pwlldu dog-friendly beach and dog walk, Gower Peninsula, Wales Secluded little dog friendly bay that's a gorgeous half way point on walks from various points nearby. Stick to the east side of the bay for swimming and avoid the strong currents on the west side.

Secret valley dog walks, Worcestershire Very popular with local dog owners, this nature reserve seems to enjoy its own micro-climate. The paths are sandy and easy-going all year round (even in heavy rain when we took the photos).
