Moffat woodland dog walk from the town centre and camp sites, Scotland Moffat is well-known as a town for walkers, and also blessed with dog-friendly pubs and cafes too. This walk is a good way to explore the north of the town and enjoy views over Annandale.
Tal-y-Bont dog-friendly beach near Barmouth, Wales Massive beach, with a fringe of pebbles and then acres of sand. Dogs are allowed on the beach all year round. The DwD team were here in August - and the beach was practically deserted.

Simonside Hills dog walk, Northumberland Starting from a Forestry Commission car park, there is a choice of marked trails, some in forestry and some on craggy moorland with stupendous views.
Whitelee Wind Farm, Strathclyde, Scotland This seems a rather strange place to take the dog for a walk but, with over 90km of paths to explore, even the most energetic dog will be able to run itself to a standstill.
New Mills Mousley Bottom dog walk (via Millenium Walkway), Derbyshire Dog walk 2 miles (1 – 1.5 hours), steep and muddy in places. No stiles or sheep. Brief sections on quiet road.
Edinburgh dog-friendly beach, Lothian, Scotland Sandy beach on the outskirts of Edinburgh. Dogs allowed on most parts of the beach all year round.
Box Hill Country Park dog walks, Surrey Fabulous walks with the dog here, and wonderful views over the South Downs. Looked after by the National Trust, so free parking for members. Very popular on sunny weekend afternoons.
Morden Hall Park dog walks, Surrey Surprisingly unknown park in South London, that's in the care of the National Trust. The River Wandle twists through the middle, and is well defended by geese.
Queen's Head in Eye dog-friendly pub with dog walks, Suffolk Old fashioned pub serving home cooked food. Specializes in Tapas. Lovely beer garden. Dogs more than welcome but must be on a lead. Always fresh water at the ready.
