Lovely little dog-friendly beach, Devon
Accessed from a small car park and down around 100 steep stone steps the beach is not accessible to all. However it is a mixed shingle and sand beach in a lovely bay and is dog friendly all year.

Long sandy beach and dog friendly, with some restrictions in high season. Shops and cafes in the town. Also inland walks over the hills.
A dog-friendly beach with free parking. The beach is large and sandy but not over-popular presumably because of the power station.
Enormous and dog-friendly sandy beach and national trail route. Ideal for turbo-charged dogs in need of a massive scamper. Best enjoyed at low tide to make the most of the space.
This is a lovely dog friendly beach with roadside parking nearby, aspects of the beach are not dog friendly but these are clearly marked up.
Woodland dog walk rising through the trees above Bassenthwaite, and the chance of lovely cup of tea and cake after your walk. This is a good place for dog walks as there are no sheep.
Relaxed and welcoming family-run pub near the beach and coast path.
A happy mix of yachties, locals and yappers of all sizes in this waterside pub with bags of atmosphere and good food.
A coastal dog walk, starting from a distinctive Martello tower. From October to April the massive beach is ideal for doggie fun and games.
This dog friendly Beach goes on for miles. We did 8 miles. Up the beach and back down the woods. Fabulous trip out.
A slightly odd mix of old lime kilns and a modern power station here. But dogs will adore the space at low tide and the parking is easy. It's really close to the A1 and easy to find.
We loved it here. First up, the beach is enormous and a regular nursery for seal pups in Spring.
