Skinningrove dog-friendly beach, North Yorkshire
The beach is open all year round but has no facilities. There is a small car park from which you have to walk across some uneven ground through a tunnel where you are greeted by a long open beach

Kilve beach is a lovely rocky beach on the Jurassic coast. It lies about halfway between Minehead and Bridgwater in the heart of the Quantocks.
These old railway sidings have been transformed into an attractive park on the banks of the River Rhondda. It's a splendid area for walking and is very popular with local dog walkers.
Fabulous walking here, with routes of different lengths and difficulty to suit most walkers. If you're lucky enough to be staying nearby, there's probably no reason to go anywhere else.
A large 90 acre Country Park that's largely woodland. It's part of Ruislip Woods National Nature Reserve.
Enormous and highly dog-friendly beach all year round.
Towneley Hall and park are one of Burnley's greatest assets. The Hall, which is open to the public, sits in extensive parkland with woods, riverbanks, a playground and playing fields.
I'd like to commend the Rose & Crown , Romaldkirk near Barnard's Castle (of recent fame) for it's unusual level of dog friendliness.
A special dog walk route in part of the Blean Woods Nature Reserve. How lovely! This makes for a super stroll off the A2.
A useful pull in for a quick forest walk if you're travelling on the A70. There aren't any facilities, but it's easy parking for caravans in an easy to spot lay-by.
A section of the Arden Way, boasting a great view with facilities and access paths.
Easy to find dog-friendly pub, right by the Tourist Info Office in Bakewell. On busy days and weekend lunch times in summer it can get full so it's worth getting in early.
