Lovely, dog friendly cafe, dogs allowed inside on dog friendly beach at Fraisthorpe near Bridlington. Good coffee, cakes and meals also dog snacks and water available
Small woodland that neighbours the much bigger Blidworth Wood. It's generally quiet here, although there's noise from a nearby shooting school that might upset sensitive dogs.
Less than a mile from Junction 9 on the A1 and an oasis of calm for a dog walk.
Popular and busy village 'local' with paths and a village green for a dog to have a bounce and snuffle. The village is just off the Fosse Way (A429).
Brilliant place to walk the dog, get the kids completely tired out, and enjoy some mindfulness in the gardens.
A short, easy access riverside dog walk on an old railway line with no stiles.
Wonderful little pub with a warm and friendly welcome, and good food. And dogs will adore the walks.
A forest walk close to Chepstow - but it feels like you're in the middle of nowhere. Great for dogs.
Long, enormous sandy beach. Dogs are welcome all year, and many owners get there early for morning walkies in summer.
Shingle beach backed by woody hills. On street parking, shops and facilities in the village before the beach.
Lots of room for dogs to go nuts in the woods, and easy paths to follow. This part of Suffolk is blessed with excellent dog walks, and this is one of our favourites.
