M20 Junction 8 dog walk, Kent
Good walking routes from a small Kentish village. This was better when the pub was open, and it's scheduled to open again late in 2024.

The car park here is a good starting point for several walks with the dog, but parking charges are steep and apply summer and winter.
Shingle beach backed by woody hills. On street parking, shops and facilities in the village before the beach.
Lovely park with lake in the middle. Lots of duck, geese & swans. Circular walk round lake with plenty of trees & shrubs. Site has plenry of pooh bins.
Lots of room for dogs to go nuts in the woods, and easy paths to follow. This part of Suffolk is blessed with excellent dog walks, and this is one of our favourites.
A beach that's famous for its big round pebbles, and World Heritage status.
Small fishing village, with quite a collection of car parks and facilities and a dog-friendly pub with a great view over the water.
Famous for its 20th century troglodyte cave dwellers, and a great place to walk the dog.
Loads of space for dogs to flap their ears and have a good off-lead run here at the very edge of the Cotswolds.
There is just one path here, which runs along the side of the Labrador-ideal river, so the route is there-and-back. The path itself is exceptionally well maintained, and stays firm in wet weather.
Very dog-friendly country pub, with good food available too.
The Park is just above the town, and on a sunny day you can get an idea of why the Victorians flocked to the town to take the waters - and build an extraordinary number of houses.
